Glutes and hamstrings in 41 minutes: two dumbbell circuits, a mat and a mini resistance band for the warm-up.
Day 26 of the HR12WEEK 5.0 plan starts by waking up the glutes with a mini resistance band, then moves into two lower body strength circuits of 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off, three rounds each. Bridges, curtsy squats, sumo squats and stiff-leg deadlifts do most of the work before a cool-down. The video runs about 41 minutes.
