Who Is It For?
Anyone with a mat and a few dumbbells who wants a structured upper body strength session, whether or not you follow the plan.
Who Is It Not For?
Not ideal without dumbbells or if wrists and shoulders are sore, as push-ups, planks and presses load those joints.
Key Benefits
Builds lean muscle and strength in the arms, chest and back through repeated four-round circuits that keep you in the zone.
Things to Keep in Mind
Use weights that let you hit 8 to 10 clean reps, keep your core braced in plank moves and ease off if wrists, elbows or shoulders hurt.
