Heavy-dumbbell push and pull session for chest, back, biceps, triceps and shoulders: 10 exercises in 40 minutes.
After a warm-up, you work through ten exercises at 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest, with 50 seconds between exercises, before a cool-down. Chest presses, rows, shoulder presses, pullovers, curls and overhead extensions make up a push and pull session where Sydney asks for weights that truly challenge you.
