A one-hour full-body dumbbell workout in three circuits that hits upper body, lower body and core while keeping your heart rate up.
Heather Robertson's one-hour session works the upper body, lower body and core, sneaking in cardio so the heart rate stays elevated throughout. Three circuits of 40 seconds on and 20 off, two rounds each, move from curls, rows and chest presses to squats, deadlifts and wall sits, then planks, crunches and high knees. Light, medium and heavy dumbbells are suggested. The video runs about 63 minutes.

Who Is It For?
Experienced exercisers with dumbbells and a mat who want a long, challenging full-body session that mixes strength and cardio.

Key Benefits
Builds strength across the upper body, legs and core while the cardio elements keep your heart rate up for a full hour.
Things to Keep in Mind
