Day 5 of Barre Basics with Erica: light-weight barre strength for the whole body, with a core finisher and modification options.
As the final day of the Barre Basics with Erica series, this routine uses very light weights to build strength, muscle endurance, stability and balance across all muscle groups. After a warm-up of eight 40-second exercises, it combines lower and upper body moves at a moderate pace and debuts barre-style core work at the end. The video runs about 39 minutes.
