Arms, abs and core in supersets: triceps, core and biceps blocks with dumbbells and a mat, finished with a push-up and curl burnout.
Caroline Girvan's superset session splits the work into triceps, core and biceps blocks, each with its own work and rest timings on screen, and finishes with dead-stop tricep push-ups and a curl burnout. She uses 8 kg and 12.5 kg dumbbells as a reference, and for the abs you lower only as far as your lower back stays pressed into the mat. The video runs about 37 minutes.

Equipment setup
Who Is It For?
Lifters with some experience and a few dumbbells who want a focused arms and core session with a clear on-screen timer.
Who Is It Not For?
Not ideal without dumbbells or if your wrists, elbows or lower back are sore, since skullcrushers, planks and leg lowers load them.
Key Benefits
Builds strength in the biceps, triceps and core through supersets that keep the muscles working with short rests.
Things to Keep in Mind
Lower your legs only as far as your lower back stays pressed into the mat, pick weights you can control and pause whenever you need to.
