A 15-minute full-body calisthenics workout in 50-second intervals, bodyweight only, ending with a frogstand finisher.
Anna's calisthenics session is made for short-on-time days: 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest through squats with crunches, ab tuck-outs, push-up and plank variations, reverse plank crunches and lunge pulses. A 40-second frogstand hold closes it out, and the video runs about 17 minutes with no equipment needed.
