Day 49 of HR12WEEK 5.0 fuses strength training with the mobility and balance benefits of Pilates. After a warm-up, you work through one long Pilates-inspired circuit of 45 seconds on and 15 off, twice, with light and medium dumbbells, plie squats, rows, kicks and balance holds, then a cool down. The video runs about 40 minutes.
