A 45-minute full-body strength session with dumbbells only: push and pull moves, two circuits and a closing stretch.
From Heather Robertson's CONSTRUCT program, this session goes head to toe with push and pull exercises, using dumbbells only. After a warm-up come two six-move circuits of 40 seconds on and 20 off, three rounds each, then a cool-down and stretch. There is plenty of time to lift with control and focus on form. The video runs about 48 minutes.
