A 32-minute bodyweight-only HIIT workout of two circuit blocks, ladder-style intervals and AMRAP core burnouts.
This bodyweight-only HIIT routine is built to improve aerobic capacity and muscular strength. After a warm-up come two circuit blocks of two rounds each, every block ending with an AMRAP core burnout, plus a water break and a cool-down and stretch. It is Day 25 of the FB30 30 program and runs about 32 minutes.
