This gentle mat session builds strength while staying easy on the joints, with exercises that are osteoporosis, knee and wrist friendly. It encourages moving the body in different planes and positions other than standing, and you can even do it in bed if the floor is uncomfortable. Two sets of weights are used, 2 and 8 pounds. The video runs about 35 minutes.
