A standing workout for seniors and beginners using light hand weights for strength, posture, balance and range of motion.
Built for increased mobility, this standing routine adds strength, posture and balance work using light hand weights; the instructor uses 3-pound dumbbells. After a warm-up, four blocks pair two exercises that build on each other, first without weights and then repeated with them, before a cool down. All exercises are standing and osteoporosis friendly, and the video runs about 41 minutes.
