Why 30 minutes works
Thirty minutes is long enough to train every major muscle group and short enough to fit into most schedules. It is the most popular workout duration for a reason.
What we look for
Balanced programming across upper body, lower body, and core. Clear structure with warm-up and cool-down included.
Best approach
Do these three to four times per week. Alternate instructors and formats to avoid plateaus.
